Terms and Conditions

In order to use our grocery order form, you must agree to these terms and conditions. By checking the appropriate box on the form, you agree to the following statements:

• I understand that I will be charged $100 at the time of my order. This includes only the first grocery store. If additional grocery stores are necessary, I will be charged an additional $30 per store at the time of the delivery of my groceries.
• If I am eligible for the Hero Discount, I will receive a 15% discount on all service fees at the time of the delivery of my groceries.
• I understand that Your Vacation Grocer will purchase all grocery items on my list within 48 hours of delivery and that all items will be stored in an appropriate manner (refrigerator, freezer, etc.)
• I understand that Your Vacation Grocer is not liable for any claims that may arise from the condition or consumption of the items ordered, including but not limited to: shelf life of perishable items, taste of items, and food-borne illness.  Responsibility for such claims lies with the individual food manufacturers and the store where the groceries were purchased.
• Due to liability and/or licensing issues, Your Vacation Grocer is not permitted to purchase and deliver the following items: alcohol, tobacco, and prescriptions.

If you do not accept these terms and conditions, your grocery order form will not be processed.
